Hi, I’m Marc Walton! I traded stocks in the 1990’s. I started to learn how to trade forex back in 2002. I paid over $4000 for a DVD course from a guy in the UK and thought I was on my way. It looked so easy, I was going to make tons of money working a few hours a day.
3 Years later I was on the verge of quitting.
I had lost over $20k and spent more than $10k on “wonder systems” and every shiny toy, indicators, signals, gurus, you name it.
Not one fulfilled the marketer’s promises.
Even worse than wasting the money, I had wasted 3 years of my life.
6 months from losing to trading a million $ account…
What changed?
To put it simply, I started to treat trading like a professional.
A recurring message within my mentorship program Forex Mentor Pro is this: unless you treat trading like a business, it will always be a hobby, not a profession.
I decided I was going to take trading forex seriously. The two main things that had the biggest impact on my success to becoming a professional trader were:

When starting any new business, you make a plan. Why should trading be any different? This step shifted my focus and gave me clear direction of what needed to be done.

People were interested in the trades I was taking, especially because I am known to be “spookily accurate” at predicting entries and exits.
My account began to grow and I received many requests from my Twitter followers asking me to teach them how to do what I was doing. They were all struggling the same way I had.
This is how Forex Mentor Pro was born.
I had always enjoyed teaching, and I genuinely wanted to help folks through the minefield that is trading, after going through the pain of it myself for so long. So, I decided to take the plunge and build an online course teaching people how to trade like a pro.
